The sad star was beaten to number one by the Black Eyed Peas. Peas are green; he's jealous of their success and has the green eyed monster, but with the black eyed peas - not sure where this is going.
Beaten to number one by a song he really likes anyway, or perhaps a band he'd LOVE to do a collaboration/open a gym with, or, a band who his next song idea is incredibly similar to.
