David Cameron tells the Tory conference he has a plan to fix Britain's "broken society", just as Noel did three weeks ago on his TV show, "Noel's HQ".


As yet, there's no word on whether his plans will include Keith Chegwin dancing around wearing a dustbin, as Noel's did.
